You need cold damage to attack on one of your rings, but there are better corruption that you can get on Romira. Like mine for example.

well the corruption provides cold damage to both spells and attacks, so my question is if the cold damage to spells part will mess up Elemental Equilibrium.

No it wont. The testing I did long time ago proved that Mjolners triggers socketed spells right after (or almost at the same time) melee hit. So no matter what nothing will get in between melee hit and spell trigger, meaning - as long as you have cold dmg to attacks you will be fine.

I'm still a bit unclear about the skill gem choices in mjolnir. Am I supposed to use discharge-arc-controlled destruction or discharge-elemental focus-controlled destruction once I have all the uniques?

Arc while mapping hands down. For end game bosses arc is on pair with ce (lvl 20 arc) or slightly better (lvl 21 arc).

How do you get enough INT to equip Mjolner early or is that unrealistic? I'm at 70 and have around 180 INT.

If you want to get it early, you can swap devotoes for a helm with int, and take the 30 int clusters on tree until later.

By far the most fun, and most well balanced build i've played , and i'm actively playing poe since warbands.

Cheers, had lotsa fun at incursion with this one, probably going to make same build next league XD
