Where do you get manaleech? Claw wheel is only physical afaik. and we are not berserker =P

You can use off-hand shield for generating power charges before bosses, OoS to sustain them if you want, there's lots of different and viable setups for different playstyles/content.
My setup is probably gonna be something like: 6L = ST - WED - Added Lightning - Elem. Focus(Replace for mapping so HoI setup works for power charges) - Dmg on Full Life - Slower projs 4L Gloves = CoH - HoI - Assassin's Mark - Onslaught (Swap to OoS - CoH - Proj Weakness - Culling Strike for T16/Shaper) 4L Boots = Wrath - HoT(for bosses, otherwise HoI for mapping up to T15) - Empower 3 + Enligthen 3 4L Helmet = Golem + 3 empty sockets, still not sure what i'm gonna use 3L Wep = ShieldCharge/Whirling + Faster Attacks + Fortify 3L Shield = CWDT + IC + Inc. Duration Leveling with this and it has been super smooth, just ran Uber at level 77, spooky spikes but was pretty easy. Gonna finish gear/links once i get to 90+ and need the dps for T16+, gonna use this for leveling meanwhile:

Why not Blood Magic over reduced mana for whirling blades? its not really impacting hp much at all. Or is there something Im missing in the build.

" In your first post you asked how you get power charge because you looked and the links were curse on hit - ele weakness - power charge on crit - increased aoe and you didn't know how you got power charges. I was very simply letting you know that is NOT the correct 4 link setup and you would NOT get power charges. It is orb of storms + curse on hit with eleweakness + power charge on crit. It is ment 100% for single target boss fights. You do not map and drop orb of storms completely, it is to give you added damage from 3 charges on map bosses and guardians/shaper etc. "If you want to use blood magic you are more than welcome to. However as with vaal pact you get no life regen (which usually doesn't matter at all) but if you hit a dead end or something and whirl 50 times down a strand map or gorge or go hunt a master that was behind you or something like that you might arrive with like 1/4 of your life. Especially on maps that have like desecrated ground or something like that. Mana regens and leeches so I always use reduced mana. |

" Im currently lvl 65 and finished the game. loving the build. Its way faster than my juggernaut who cannot die but is slow =) Im now using lower mana gem and its perma whirling blades, so I agree with the point of ignoring blood magic totally. Im still tempted to use my 97 life starkonja over rats nest, whats your thinking here? I suppose for entry its the best helm to use and rats nest is when we really weanna go ballsdeep dps. I have been posting here before, but never actually said it - amazing build, thank you for the guide.
Killed Shaper few minutes ago on my first ever attempt, 2 portals left (bad positioning during kamehameha on my part).
