This is the wrong Vinktar Flask, look at the post below for the right one. Damage to Attacks instead of Spells.

Wise Oak until you get a good Vessel of Vinktar to replace 1 HP potion. Use both for more DPS and keep a bleed flask.
I'd re-roll mods on Diamond flask. Phys dmg is very low, so get stuff like remove bleed, increase duration, less charges, etc.
Claw could use more critical chance, even though it has nice eDPS. Could try to Annul and craft crit chance, but also very risky.
Lots of 20% gems. Herald, 6-link, etc. Not using Ice Bite, which should come out ahead of Inc Crit Strike.
Switch Portal in shield to weapon or helm. Put Herald in shield to get CoH combo. Add Culling Strike to Golem or Reduced Mana to Shield Charge. (I prefer Whirling Blades, but to each their own)
WED on Ruby ring and amulet. Another craft on multi mod Diamond ring.
You may have to get new gloves with resists to replace resists on accessories/wep.
Random dex point up and left from Point Blank. Can get 5% HP or work towards Finesse next.

More levels. Missing a ton of skill points, low atk speed on weapon, 20/20 gems, WED on accessories (over 100% WED missing out between accessories and crafted WED belt), no life on 2 accessories, crafted life on 2 accessories (lower than rolls), wrong Vessel, etc.

Immune with ascendancy. However, be careful with popping potions when first entering map as you are not immune until you are phasing. You can use immune to shock Diamond to avoid that too.

Leveling new toon since latency is terrible for mapping atm, Spectral Throw feels really great to level up with from level 1.

Dang, I need to get some of those rings for alts and transmute/regal just cause.

Pierce is just adding 5% dmg since Spectral Throw already pierces. Might be better with faster attacks for more map clear or Point Blank/Iron Grip support for more damage. And then switch out once you get Frenzy charges and crit rolling.

Also, Shield Charge + Faster attacks until you switch claws and can use Whirling Blade for more movement.

Hi, could any one help me improve my character?
What should i change here?

I'm feeling limited with mana, it feels really bad when my character stops throwing spectrals because of mana consumption.
And also i feel its still squishy to bosses like shaper and uber atziri (according to my items).

Clear on maps is great, i can face-tank guardians while they don't have critical strikes mods.

My belt is actually bad, i know, but im trying to spend my extalteds on a very good one, and also, the gems on my boots (orb of storms & supps) are missing because still couldn't get 4 blue sockets on boots.

I'll appreciate any help.
