I need to replace the Enduring cry setup in my gloves since they are up almost all of the time with the Ascendancy changes. Any suggestions?

Switched out Deceiver belt for +1 Headhunter. Got a +1 frenzy Carnage Heart since I always have Blood Rage up.

The amulet did seem interesting when I saw it. I assume it works with blasphemy somehow correct?

I used to use essence worm on this character with hatred and a disfavour.
