How much RMT in PoE? A RMT site has 1115 post per day for BSC compared to PathofExile.com's 775/day

So me and my friend were discussing how many RMT trades go on in POE and we tried to apply some sort of quantitative measurement to it. What we found is that in 24.5 days of SBC, there were just over 1100 post a day on that popular website people use. If this is real then is much more extensive than I could ever imagine. What does GGG do to combat this? Seems like it may be a problem out of control with upwards of 40-50% of players making RMT trades.

Yeah I thought they close this stuff down pretty quick. I heard quite a few people do it mostly because RNG is just not with them or they don't have the time to grind grind grind grind grind grind.
It is a single player game lol, I really don't understand why they get so upset over it. |

Call me crazy but I suspect GGG makes a decent profit from the Real Money Trading. Hurray for conspiracy theories!

love you folks , im still 85% sure that GGG reeks in profits from the RMT sites which is why they dont file lawsuits like blizzard did in d3 and anything.
you get exaltsellers everyday on global 1. you see 1-10 challenge boys with a mirror or two and 600 es helms. etc. that just aint right. |
