How to flip for massive profit? New players please read this !
1) thanks for sharing, OP!
2) It's great that PoE has meta-games. 3) I hope this scamming scheme will become a mainstream trend so the devs will be forced to create an in-game auctions to stop borderline criminal activities built around third-party tools (note: stealing virtual assets is outlawed in some countries). |

" [Removed by Support] Edict: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1787447/page/9 "You claimed english to be a universal language. It obviously isn't. It's also not the most spoken language and neither the most spread one." Sorry, ENGLISH is the only language meant to be used to communicate between different culture or different language speaking people. As such, it is the universal language. FACT. Deny it if you want but the fact that POE Global is in English although it serves the GLOBAL already proves that ENGLISH is the universal language. Maybe not entirely but FOR SURE IT IS at least in POE. Try to use your own "universal language" in this thread and sees whether if anyone cares to reply? Maybe your other 3 friends might reply. " I don't mind flippers but posting fake items to make the item appear less valuable than it really is, is a different story. PS: Spot the fake item lister lol |

" Well, it does not matter whether if they are fake item listers or flippers. The method to achieve their purpose may be different. Flippers sniping off items and reselling for profits Fake item lister creating a fake impression of item price, luring sellers into thinking that's the market price before buying out the items of these sellers after they have had post their items for sale at a price the fake item lister wanted it to be before reselling it again for profit. Both have the same intention of reselling the items to make profit out of players's hard earned currency ultimately. |

" If someone is willing to sell an item under it's current value or with leagues you know the price of some items will go up near the end of it I don't see a problem taking advantage of this. The person who is selling the item might need some fast currency and is willing to offer it at a lower price or whatever other reason. It's different when someone posts fake items on POE trade to trick people into selling the item at a lower value than it really is. They even go as far to message people offering the price they fixed on POE trade. Dernière édition par jeke777#4089, le 11 déc. 2016 à 00:02:59

It seems to me that the system needs to include a way so if I post an item for sale at a price, as long as it is posted as such, anyone should be able to access that item and buy it for that price and the currency added to my account automatically. The two parties need never meet. As the seller I should be responsible for my pricing and accept offers to buy at the prices I set. If I change my mind, then I need to change my price before it sells.
Such a system would eliminate deceptive pricing tactics. All the posted prices become actual market prices until changed. Buying and selling would be easier and could happen 24/7 even when a person is off line. It would also mean that every item on the trading site would have a fixed price so if if you wanted to negotiate the price, you would have to contact the seller directly. Very expensive or unusual items could be taged as contact the seller to discuss the price, but 95% of all trading could be automatic. "Gratitude is wine for the soul. Go on. Get drunk." Rumi

" Well, the topic of discussion is on fake item listers or flippers who are trying to profit people's hard earned currency. If the "someone" that you mention above is willing to sell the item under value for whatever reasons then he wouldn't be classified as under fake item listers or flippers. |

" Great idea ; ) That would eliminate fake item listers and buyers do not have to wait for the sellers to be online to get the items that they wanted. This is just the same as Diablo 3 's Auction house, once you post the item for sale and regardless whether you are online or offline, the transaction would be executed at the agreed price ! However, it still does not solve the flippers problem. I know it because i used to be a flipping tycoon in diablo 3 auction house haha but then that was long time ago . |

" I didn't go through all posts but what you described in your original post is fake item listing. Flipping is buying items in the hope of selling it at a later date for profit. Dernière édition par jeke777#4089, le 11 déc. 2016 à 00:20:43
