I don't mind flippers but posting fake items to make the item appear less valuable than it really is, is a different story.

Well, it does not matter whether if they are fake item listers or flippers.

The method to achieve their purpose may be different.

Flippers sniping off items and reselling for profits

Fake item lister creating a fake impression of item price, luring sellers into thinking that's the market price before buying out the items of these sellers after they have had post their items for sale at a price the fake item lister wanted it to be before reselling it again for profit.

Both have the same intention of reselling the items to make profit out of players's hard earned currency ultimately.

Well, the topic of discussion is on fake item listers or flippers who are trying to profit people's hard earned currency.

If the "someone" that you mention above is willing to sell the item under value for whatever reasons then he wouldn't be classified as under fake item listers or flippers.
