Haven't had a chance to play it yet... obviously... but I don't think it's going to do much to play. Maybe slow us down a tad. But I'm more worried about the Immortal Call change than the EQ numbers.

" EQ by itself isn't that scary of a nerf when you look at it,but then you have reduced duration nerf,curse nerf on bosses and increased mob health (volatile blood). It kind of adds up when you consider the fact that GGG said a buff is coming. There was hardly a buff,5% dmg buff on skills i forgot about isn't a buff...guess that's why people are pissed at the whole thing. Though,im pretty sure Cospri's/Disfavour EQ slayer will still be able to clear everything,just like juggernaut,this nerf was just non needed(the EQ one). Kind of turns like Olaf in league of legends 2 seasons ago. He was very strong because he could go full health and still do great damage and pressure,so Riot nerfed the dmg,which was ok,but a patch later,they nerfet health from items as well,and guess what happened to Olaf. Point is,EQ seemed OP,and it probably was,but when you combine all the overall nerfs,melee got the short end of the stick,and EQ certainly was nerfed for no reason at all. Curse nerf,EQ nerf,monster health buff,all okay,but we're still the ones that need to go toe to toe with the enemy,and all of this will hit us way harder than range builds,and then you start to wonder,what exactly were GGG meant with the melee buffs in 2.4? " Wait there was a curse nerf too? Oh lord, I'm done. EQ juggernaut with dual curse set up. No words on how arrogant and short sighted the devs are. Let's get people playing this skill. Player invests all this time into character. Great, now let's NERF IT! I just got my ass handed to me trying Uber Atziri for the first time with my EQ build. I thought hey why not, this is the best my build is gonna get. Honestly, I see EQ struggling with regular Atizi at this point. And what other melee skills do we have to fall back on? Ice crash? Sweep? Like let's be real here... Just. No. Words. Deliver pain exquisite

I'll rather have the other melee skills buffed to the level of EQ than having EQ nerfed to the level of the other melee skills

" EQ is the only good melee skill compared to many ranged skills so GGG should be buffing up all the other melee skills to be inline with EQ and thus be more inline with ranged skills. Nerfing EQ is the wrong way to go. "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
