Sanctuary of Thought 100% reduced mana cost ?

" You can test it with the Trickster 'Ghost Dance' node at the moment. However the starting Elemental and Energy Shield node for shadow gives 12 ES so you can't have that allocated. It would cost me like 10 regrets to try it out. :( Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

@dudio - what blood magic are you talking about, playing Hierophant with blood magic just to have 0 manacost would be monumentally stupid. I can't even begin to describe how bad it would be. What's next, RT Assassin?

Was going to play Hierophant in 2.3 even without the buffs.

I still have to figure out a valid build with hierophant.
previously did ~3k life and 4k mana pledge of hands tendrils, kinda worked, thou it was quite skill point intensive- you need life, you need mana, you need es and damage and some build hole fillers. That newly added reduced mana cost as bars says is really irrelevant as long as player has 3k+ mana with 300+ regen with warlords mark's mana leech. Now hiero should be better with extra 50 flat mana and additional 10% added ES from mana, this should conclude in somewhere like ~1200 ES from mana or more. Probably will give a second shot in trying building hiero with corrupted energy jewel + ghost reaver and some life regen (mostly flat from stone golem) and ofcourse MoM (50%+). Ps. those build holes are quite severe, poison/bleed damage is scary, ES leech rate is low since es pool isn't great, stuns are common. Dernière édition par Andrius319#4787, le 26 mai 2016 à 09:31:10

passive tree Kaom's Heart chest, Pledge of Hands, links: firestorm - echo - elemental focus - controlled destruction - fire penetration - increased duration cwdt-Warlord's Mark curse to sustain life and mana to proc Elemental Overload: cwdt - ice spear - gmp - increased crit strikes You can change it a little to get Whispers of Doom for +1 curse (enfeeble, temp chains or flammability) if you prefer. The rest is pretty much up to you. You could also use the Repentance gloves to make it a pseudo-8 link. This should be pretty decent on all counts: life, mana and damage. I played a MoM pledge of hands - kaom's heart chieftain which had 10,7k life and 2,5k mana and used similar mechanics, he had no damage nodes on the passive tree and still did quite a lot of damage (a surprising amount actually), so this build should be fine. Numbers looks pretty solid especially with kaom's. Still it's kinda unfortunate that it's tricky to take advantage of sanctuary of thought and somewhat maintaining es- to make full use of hierophant class, otherwise its probably better having other class (chieftain, inquisitor or other) and taking corrupted helm mod with 10% damage taken from mana before life.
