Can't complete Trial of Ascendancy (The prison)

That's a different case. I think that item drops after endgame trials and i havent even completed the normal difficult yet. im only lvl 24 :/

I am having the same problem.
I think I was on the old hardcore league when I did the 1st trial, and then I was moved to a standard hardcore zone when I did 2 more after the league finished. So now, The prison is marked as red on the plaque, the other 2 are green.
I tried to re run The Prison, but it keeps red after successfully finishing it twice.
Wait for an update?

I have this issue as well. My Shadow died in Hardcore League and subsequently the first three Trials are in red now. Pretty damn annoying actually, a big oversight.

I have the same problem here. I my hardcore ranger died on normal after completing only one trial (act 3 catacombs). Now on standard after completing the other five trial I can't enter the lord's labyrinth as the Catacombs is marked red on the plaque. I tried completing it again but it does not work. The portal opens but there is no one talking.

Apparently there is a solution but I have not tried it yet. I read it here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1682170. If you complete the trials with another character from the same league the the lab will be unlocked.

Same issue, died on Hardcore, now on normal i cant complete the prison trial, the rest (meaning the other 5 trials) completed fine with no bugs on the first attempt.
