Can't complete Trial of Ascendancy (The prison)

Hello,
So far I tried to complete it twice - First time on normal while leveling up (I did it)
Then when I saw at Sern encampment(normal) it wasn't done - I thought I forgot so I did it again.
But it didn't work both times, so I guess it got bugged somehow for my character Shasika.

Can you add a screenshot of what happens when you click the monument at the end of that trial?

My fried is having the same problem with trials of grief and trials of burning rage.He reaches the plaque at the end of the trials he clicks it and a portal opens but still says ''Not yet complete''.Any solutions?

Are these characters that did some trials in a hardcore league before getting moved to standard?

Not in my case. My character is still in hardcore and exactly like the guy who posted first, i found this bug in normal prison

Before i start leveling my char 2 days ago, i downloaded a filter file for my loot highlight and put it in the poe document folder. Could this by any chance have anything to do with the problem?

If your filter hides the item, then absolutely it could be your problem.

What item exactly is supposed to not be hidden?

Edit: that won't affect not getting credit for the trial. Just your access to the labyrinth using the item that is supposed to drop for the trials in maps you create.
