Getting from bad to worse. Almost unplayable...

It's better now for the past few days. Still not as good as before though. Now hovering to 90-120 ping at rush hours. Thanks GGG!

Singapore is getting all funky again...spikes to 1200ms

Problem seems to be two fold.
