I've played in the past without any significant issue, and there's been plenty of desync reports back then. I've had some desyncs (few; not the tons that people seem to report), but never once died to any (and i play glass-cannon-ish builds). I do nothing special at all, and don't even think about desync; I just play the game.

I've only did some minor running around since the new league, but I don't recall any issues with desync.

This. I live in USA on east coast. Idk where the closest server is to me, but I have very little problems with desync. Actually, it's pretty much non existent for me. I mean, when playing melee I notice a slight delay in mobs getting hit, similar to d2 (like .5s). The only time I get noticeable desync is very rarely when opening a strongbox... Like 1 out of 25 times.

Edit: my ping stays pretty consistent, between 40 and 50. So I'm sure that helps too.

I was crying a lot too about desync when I tried this game first time a year ago.

Then I realized nothing is gonna be changed. Desync will remain, no matter how loud you are crying.

Fan boys will say *Theres no desync* and veterans will say *Get used to it. Learn to play.*, as the did all these years.

I die to desync a lot, I just stopped to cry about it. It a part of the game, where you have to pick less desyncable skill and play the way to be less desynced.

The main problem with desync is that everyone seems to have a different experience with it. Some are unaffected. Others can't play. Everyone seems to be thinking that the other people are lying or simply not good at the game. Not so. People have different experiences than you do.
