Was stable the moment I started runnning it. But the moment I went to do challenging content it started losing packets.

Ontario Canada, Doesn't seem as common when switching to EU but it still spikes to 800 ping.
Haven't tried the VPN yet but this is been like this since 1.2 for me.

I was seeing some "Worst" up to about 187 - and 25% Loss

TELUS - in Alberta, Canada

I have never had any issues even yesterday was totally fine. This started happening today I would say about 2 hours ago now... and it is good for about 5-10 mins and then about 30seconds to about 2 mins of completely dead air - usually a death ensues but sometimes if you just stand still and swing, you won't die.

EDIT: I am able to connect to other games like WOW, and League Of Legends - as well as browse yahoo/news sites with zero latency issues - this is specific to Path Of Exile for me.

EDI2: I also notice a latency when refreshing Path Of Exile forums - I have never seen the picture behind the forums until 2 hours back where I can actually see the fire stuff between the 2 masters. It's a cool picture - first time seeing the whole thing! =)

By the way, if you've already posted a WinMTR report that shows packet loss that should be enough to see what's happening. Unfortunately duplicates under the same circumstances won't be able to provide us any new information.
