Latency keeps freezing?

I mean give them this WinMTR report you have shown us. Letting them know that you have an issue with connectivity, and that you are concerned about the node with alot of packet loss on it will give your ISP the information to follow up and address it where they can. It looks to be a problem between telstra and vocus. Need Support? support@grindinggear.com.
