Ok, I was looking at your tree for 10 minutes, trying to figure out what's different, but then I figured it's me :D I don't have 41% spell block, but 39%, just as you. So that is it :) now just get a Rumi's with high spell block and you'll be almost capped :)

so SS better than IB ? and for the BOR is better with your build? and for the spell block i found it, it's the tempest shield :D Rumi's price?

" Ah, lol, right, forgot tempest shield :D Rumi's is around 1exalted in torment atm. SS isnt better, it's different.
