Trying to say this game is better than one with over a ten year shelf life and a game that revolutionized an entire genre is a bit much.

POE is a good game (maybe even potentially a very good game). D2 is a great game. D2 has its flaws, of course, but it's a shorter list than POE's.

I agree on all of these.
Though, I concerned heavily on the desync issue. It's something that pulling me back from spending any real money on the micro-transaction, been thinking it for a long time but whenever I play POE, it desync and it totally kills my intention to pay for something in the game. I just don't want to pay in this game when the lag/desync kills you rather than the difficulty/challenge of the game alone.

Besides, a tutorial would be so nice. There are a lot of players whom I tried to invite to play this game would be shocked by the Passive Skill Tree. I know in the previous era of Diablo 2, there is not tutorial but things should change right?
Be more new player friendly for this game.
However and sadly, its also hard to get new players from my friends when they ask whats the bad thing about this game, I am no choice but to say, Desync issue. This caused no one wanted to invest their time and money for this game. At least, it happens to me.
