GGG why did you nerf Flameblast?
It took forever to charge up that skill to 10 stacks. That was its downside. You were vulnerable to hits while charging. And if you got interrupted while charging it still didnt go off instantly. That made that skill balanced in my book. You trade movement for damage. You expose yourself to getting hit. And now its basicly impossible to clear areas in an effective way. First time since playing when open beta hit im actually sad. Just bought some microtransactions yesterday... and now i really feel like dropping the game completely. This was the build that made me happy in Path of Exile. I always wanted to just burn everything, and Flameblast was the first skill that made it possible without any hassle. It was fun.
I would really like to know, what did you think when you made the decision to nerf it. Just once, I'd like a honest response from a developer to a person that was passionate about the game and now is dissapointed. I never thought i would be in PoE... IGN: CyganuHipsterDischarge

Due to a bug in 1.1.0 it was doing way more damage than intended. They fixed the bug and then buffed the damage by 48%. You'll be doing more damage than you did before 1.1.0 but less damage than you were doing while the bug was in effect.

yes not op lol. thats why almost 50% play flameblast and the other 50% searing bond on invasion league. or just both.

Please, don't call GGG Incompetence as a Bug. It's incompetence and ends here.
I'm also dropping the game BTW.They're focusing on fuck up with players instead of actually correct bugs and things. If there's a build that are a good ammount of people using, they nerf it. WHY THE HELL THEY DONT NERF THE 800,000 DPS Flickering strike? Because no one uses it. |
