That worked. I changed all bindings to KB keys, then back to mouse again, and could finally assign both side buttons. Now I have loot highlighting bound to the mouse like I always wanted to. :)

Your English is fine. I just wasn't sure if you knew how to change the key assignments in-game or PoE wouldn't allow you to change them.

I'm glad they are working for you now.
