I'm from Russia and I don't understand why to translate PoE in any language. The requirements in terms of English speaking are very basic in this game. And in the end even if you playing in Russian, all trading is English-based.

Ignoring the kid fighting over a moba, in regards to the OP, hopefully never. I don't want this game translated in any language, as a game with such large party and communication requirements just wouldn't function as well if we all didn't speak the same language. Just learn English (it's not my main language either), it's going to be useful someday.
