Even in softcore that's overall a bad idea. This game is different from Diablo and T2 in that you can get one shot at any time, with any amount of armor. This is why people get high life since it is the only true way of avoiding a one shot.

Yes, so my point was you can still have plenty of unreserved HP to be considered tanky enough, and use PA.

My Mara uses RT + BM + US + IR, supplemented by as many health and regen nodes as I can find. He does quite well!
