That they hide behind totems ignoring reflect mechanisms and damage? 90% of the top players uses CI or lowlife because of the way that Vaal pact works, and the fact that you can get twice the amount of ES pool than Life.

I wanted to say, that it is unnecessary effort for this now useless unique, but just realized that it looks nice, so at least it can be used to transfer it's outlook to some boring ES rags. The best use for it, it seems :)

yes I already know how bad of a nerf for fire discharger it is if implemented. WE WONT GET MULTIPLE CHARGES PER ONE OR TWO MOBS..

example: now we need to hit at least 4 mobs to get 2 charges (on max lvl of EC).. so against group of four I need 3 casts to be charged (6).. even if they buffed EC like 50% so that 2 casts would be enough to get 6 charges, it would take me around 100% more time to do that

-You use the skin transfer to change the look of a armor with another
-It temporarily destroys the one whose skin I transfered
-If you want to use that skin on another armor, you need to reclaim it restoring the original armor you took the skin of thus destroying the micro transaction, as such needing a new micro transaction to copy it onto another armor.

How it works:
-You buy 1 skin transfer
-You use the skin transfer on an item (lets call this item 1) - you lose the skin transfer and item 1 turns into a microtransaction that you can use on another item (let's say, item 2). Using the microtransaction will give the look of item 1 to the item (item 2) you're using the microtransaction on.
-If you use 'reclaim microtransaction' on item 2, you recieve back both item 1 and item 2 (with its original skin). You do not get the skin transfer back, it is gone forever and you need to buy a new one.
