I have had this happen a couple times on my ci crit dagger. Never in a room with no monsters though. I may be wrong but it seems like every time ive gotten the ' has commited suicide msg pop up, it happened to be in a map with mobs that could puncture, My only guess is you had a bad desync at the same time of being punctured by possibly a ranged attack. i'm on ambush and i keep getting the same fcking problem. but when i fight monsters tht normally do chaos damage.. what's the point of chaos innoculation when half the monsters can 1hit me? had same char on standard leageau and had NO problems with that, really frustrating, do i quit this character now because a flaw in the game?? Hey there, Your character is currently using a "Caustic Mana Flask". These remove health when used. If your character has Chaos Innoculation, this is what is killing your character. Since this topic got super-necro'd, let me inform any know-it-all-newbies that back when this topic was created, Blood Rage dealt Chaos damage instead of Physical damage, so it was a freebie for CI characters, of sorts.
