The mana regen problem: Clarity + Nodes

Right now you can change your mana pool and adjust the level of your clarity accordingly, the way it is now works. There may be some better way where we have enough mana regen without clarity or leach, but idk. They should make the base radius larger for parties for everyone doesn't have to run it.
Honestly I feel that base mana regen should be buffed, and skill mana cost should be lowered. This way not every single mana-using build would be required to run Clarity.
