The Coward's Trial - Unique map garbage
" This thread is really old and the OP was just bad. If you really think all the reviving corpses will kill you or make your fps die, take in a bone or flesh offering gem and destroy the corpses after you kill them. Destroyed corpses can't be resurrected. You really don't even have to destroy the corpses though, I've cleared it plenty of times without doing so. Just don't expect a 2k hp char with crap defenses to survive the massive res wave. Dernière édition par DichotomousThree#0868, le 23 mars 2015 à 23:26:56

This map can be very challenging for a level 70-80 toon. My level 95 toon just sits in the middle and casts ice nova the entire time. Not one monster can hit me.
I do remember dying in this map back in the day, when I was a newer player. Build up your toon and you'll look back on this experience with humor. EDIT: Next time bring a detonate dead totem, or use freeze prolif. It will eat up all the corpses and the mass-revive won't be deadly. In some cases, the unique summoner just stands around and can't do anything - no corpses. Dernière édition par beefnuggy#6270, le 24 mars 2015 à 20:42:13

I don't know why people say "You should do this map at level 80"
I do cowards trial at level 63 as part of my leveling curve. :D It's so much fun, and a good chunk of XP too. As for the final wave - bringing a corpse destroyer is a good idea, but I never bother. It's easier to run herald of Ice and get chance to freeze. Go for the shatter. Or ignite + pyre, similar effect. Or you can just manmode it and be like "COME AT ME BROS!" Outside of the crippling frameloss, it's actually not that hard. "If you’re incompetent, you can’t know you’re incompetent.
