Question about mana reserve passive
" It's semantics of the game system. It's also easy to find out for yourself: Step 1: Burn ALL your mana spamming a skill in the middle of nowhere. Step 2: Try to activate your aura. Doesn't work, does it? Rather than just put the "silver meter" covering the top of your manabar as a reservation, it WONT allow you to activate teh aura... until you have an available amount of mana >= the reservation cost. The Q-bonus of Reduced Mana (and the passive nodes as well), I believe, will allow you to "cast" that aura earlier... like, if it reserves 100 mana, but you have 20% reduction to casting cost, you can "turn it on" when you have only 80. That said, I believe the game also has a check to make sure you cannot reserve more than 100% of your mana, so don't try and finagle your way around the cap ;p Now, is this of any real use to anyone? Probably not. But it does provide some insight to game mechanics. #1 rule of official forum boards of every video game ever: use the forums to relay info, gather suggestions, or the rare narrow-focused Poll; but NEVER as "feedback". #2 rule: Never say the #1 rule in an official capacity. Let some guy on the forums say it, leaving yourself plausible deniability. Dernière édition par themousemaster#2051, le 22 avr. 2013 à 13:20:11

" Actually it is somewhat ambiguous since the Reduced Mana gem specifically says "Mana Cost Multiplier: xx%". I know it works on both, but with the standard statement that "They are thus not affected by anything that specifically reduces costs", I can see how some people could get confused. Anyone who thinks “the customer is always right” never worked in tech support. Dernière édition par megachirops#4632, le 22 avr. 2013 à 16:15:42
