You're right on Cloak of Flames. Its the Kaom's Heart of physical damage for sure. People underestimate how powerful conversion mechanics are for incoming damage.
I wonder how viable a CI build would be with Cloak of flames and Darkscorn? Sure, you miss out on the best ES equips - shield and armour - but you effectively take 45% less damage from physical if you have good fire resist. Combine it with arctic armour for some pretty ridiculous physical tanking ability. As long as you don't go near an elemental attacker...

I did read it. I don't see how it makes me stupid to assume that someone with horrendous English would swap the word order for carebear. I did NOT read the OP's username, but have now.

Not viable. As amazing as it sounds, you are trading what would be some 60% of your ES pool away. In theory it might be amazing, but actual practice? Most likely not.
Overrated? Probably Lioneye's Glare. I's a mediocre bow with Resolute Technique built in, yet people get all wet over it and it sells for a mint.
Underrated? Probably Cloak of Flame.
If you'd used a Lioneye's, you'd know it's very good and easily comparable if not better than similar priced bows.

I didn't say it wasn't a good bow, I just meant that I don't think it's worth the hooplah over it; hell there was a nerf thread over it for gods sake. Although I admit I forgot about Midnight Bargain, and now that I've been reminded of it, it for sure is the most overrated unique.
