Hello everyone! I like this build, but the survivability is very poor. Anyone have any advice? (FlameFray character)
I die at 85% of ultimatums and on almost every altar in the Ritual.

CWDT + Ball Lightning is an amazing way to stay alive, Cinderswallow Urn flask helps a lot with sustaining life when killing mobs, leveling up golems and alternate quality golems are a plus

Pursuing this build this league? Enjoying it so far and having no issues with dps in early maps but am having to work on survivability. Need to get my chest situatued and may be in better shape then.

I recommend a near-perf Belly of the Beast. Doesn’t need to be 6-linked of course.

Why do we need deadly ailments now if it cuts our igniting hits five times? I dunno it's a burden now, now I see why tooltip dps gone five times down.

P.S. Oh, I see now, it should take base damage for ignite before less multiplier is applied.

The above quote was made in context to leagues 3.14 and before. Since then the Elementalist ascendancy received sweeping nerfs to it, including having its elemental ailments immunity removed from one of the ascendancy points.

Will there be an update for the new Scourge League?
