The reason I didn't take that is because in the POB he doesn't take it as well You don't need to have your Attack Block capped. Evasion is your source of protection from attacks. I do, but I‘m only midway and not nearly finished regarding gear and gems. Also running a slighty different and tankier version with brass dome for more max res. The reason why some PoBs use an Eternal Burgeonet is because it was cheapest helm I could get with +3 and minion damage. Bone Helm is ALWAYS king but you don't want to overpay for it. The thing about Stranglegrash is that you have to Corrupt it to make it rare for it to be worth imo. For annoints? Not sure.
