Why Surgeon's prefix on the flasks?

Could yomeone have a look on my char? the damage feels kinda low, or do i inly miss gem levels?

DEX STR 159 for level 21 auras, or 155 for 20

I notice most end game Golem necros arent running all the flasks currently. Primarily I dont see much poison/shock/staunching (i do see curses and freeze)

Is there a specific reason? or do most people swap in those flasks if they are sure content will have those things?

Im sketched out because I don't have much of the game memorized, and I am scared to remove my ailment flasks and instadie doing something I am not familiar with



Also, what would a better upgrade. HH or awakened multi strike?

Yes but it's not hard to hit rotten claws.

Just spam 20c on the right ilvl cluster and woolah you will have a 3 notable cluster.

Loving the build. Very tanky, kills bosses well, but I feel like map clear in 16 is abit slow. Golems take a few slams to kill stuff, and if there's enough mobs, it can take them 10+ sec to kill everything.

Can anyone give any advice? to increase map clear?

Swap melee on full life with anomalous melee splash when mapping.

I'll definitely give it a go. If you've any other suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it. Im assuming the alt quality im going for is the "Supported Skills deal % increased Melee Damage"?

The guide said that we need to use a vaal impurity of ice level 21. Why? it replaces the normal purity of ice?. I dont understand it.
