As a league player whom usually has no problem getting headhunter and farming well. I find that I rarely able am able to feel like TS is better than IS or LA. Is there a certain breakpoint where is does become strictly better? If so at what point should I be looking at making the switch?

Lightning Arrow is a very solid choice, and imo the best right now in almost every case scenario. You want to use TS only if you have a legacy helmet enchant and if your damage is crazy good for the content your are playing. That's because TS has better aiming than LA and more damage against single target, making you able to not use barrage at all.

Imo headhunter will be necessary, I think that 60% can be totally viable though

i know this build seems pretty set with all the gear to use, but i have to ask if a Maloney mechanism would be viable in place of the Void fletch quiver. only asking as i have some extra exault that i can use to buy a Maloney's with if it would be viable, if not then void fletch here i come.
