I have improved the build for 3.16
With the removal of Dodge, our defenses are weakened. So I have started to add Spell Suppression chance, with nodes on the tree and Atziri's boots.

Here is a demo with this setup. After some warm-ups, it's a complete uncut run in a juicy t16 :

I managed to craft a better Void Fang claw by spamming Essences of Zeal for guaranteed 2.0 attack speed.
I've spent all of my Deafening Essences for no good result and then a Shrieking Essence gave me this :


Then I bench-crafted Hits Can't Be Evaded suffix (3ex).

This allowed me to remove several Accuracy nodes on the tree and put them in Spell Suppression, so that I could reach 100% chance to suppress spell !

(On a side note, I've moved the Lethal Pride jewel into the Ranger socket, so as to get more Strength.)

Hey Rahsaan, I've been meating to play this build for some time now, and just getting back into the game recently I decided to give this a go! I do have a question though, do you think this build can still be played at some of the harder content without access to the Mahuxotl's Machination shield, seeing how its not in scourge? Thanks for all the hard work you've done here, I really appreciate the build as well

thank you for your interest !

If you can't get the Mahuxotl, you can either use Apep's Supremacy (there's a PoB in the first msg with this version of the build).
Or you use a rare shield with a lot of life, elem and chaos res. You can also search for chances to avoid ailments.

Anyway, I think the clear will still be good, because Profane Bloom is so strong and satisfying. Single target dmg is ok but not over-the-top.
So I think the build can clear decently in Scourge encounters.

I have 29% fire, (-2%) cold and 17% light. I'll try to raise this today.
