Can someone explain me the difference between pure VD and VD+DD? On poe.ninja only 16% uses VD+DD setup, why?

" I guess for the 30% Discipline effect. I just copied the mediums already in the pob. It gives 318ES which is about a 12%ES Node (141 on a 6%ES Node). |

" Yee I tested this also with Charisma vs. Command of Steel and it's just not possible to swap out Charisma -8% reservation for the new block talent, without removing Herald of Ash. VD+DD just eat to much mana together... maybe with the mana reserve ones... I'll try |

" Updated to build section for 3.11 Good some nodes have been updated to have more spell block. Bad news: made a new tree but i exceeded my limit of pastebins for the next 24 hours so i cant post the build at the moment. I wanted to keep the 10k ES even if i lose some damage. |
