Any helm you can use is ok. Remember that diadem as many other items at league start are super expencive but after few weeks on league price drop dramatically as low as 40 -30c

Wrong. Read shield's description ''5% chance to grant a Frenzy Charge to nearby Allies on Hit''. As long as you hit ememies with frenzy, you got a chance to give minions charges

Dont play Elemental Reflect map!!!
There is absolutely no way a lvl 25 gem spectre can die in t2 map exept reflect!!!
