could mean you regen ES equal to your Health Regen, based off the percentage of your max health not max ES, but applied to ES as a constant rate nevertheless.
Example:
Health = 1000
ES = 500
1% Health Regen for 1000 Health = 10 life per sec
Apply that to ES Regen and you have 10 ES per sec.
The original 500 ES is irrelevant.
Very different from say:

I realise now you understand how ZO works, mainly because you make reference to a devs explanation (something I could hardly know at the time), but i'm afraid to say your original statement was not expressed with total clarity.
I don't mean to be rude, I just wanted to be sure that's what you meant because I wanted to fully understand how ZO works myself:)
As the previous person said jst take 'health' and make it 'es.
So you have 1% health regen becomes you have 1% ES regen
Your health regen is made into ES, so for a flat +4 health/s, it would become +4 es/s
