Any thoughts on power charge generation so we can run Pride?

Best seems to be one of the rings or amus with a 10/20% chance to gain a power charge on crit/hit.

Ass Mark rings also an option, but not good for clear since they don't work if you one shot mobs.

It's kinda pointless right now TBH.

The amulet with +inc attributes is 50ex+ in LSC.

For that kind of coin you can make lots of builds that outperform this.

Playing this Build, pretty strong.

Reaching 2.1 Million Shaper/Guardian DPS, destroys Legion-packs,clearspeed totally ok.

So there is something wrong with the shockwave dps for sure.

According to your ground slam attack rate, which is 3.04, that means the time between your 2 attacks is approximately 1/3.14=0.33. Suggest you start you first attack which triggers the shockwave, your next attack is gonna be 0.33s after, which is not gonna trigger another shockwave, your third attack is gonna be 0.66s after, which still not gonna trigger the shockwave. Then finally, your 4th attack, which comes 0.99s after, triggers the 2nd shockwave. Which means despite that your shockwave has a 0.71s cooldown, your gonna trigger it 1 time per 0.99s, which means u have 1 shockwave per second, which means that the true dps of your shockwave should be almost exact the figure of your damage per hit, which is about the half of the number you said.
