Was the veiled mod "Trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill" removed?

Hi guys,

last league I had the "trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill" and also crafted it several times.
It´s missing now though, I don´t have it in my crafting bench in standard. As far as I see, all other mods are still there.

Is this a bug or intentional?

Also curious about that, it was not mentioned in patch notes.

well it has a 4second cooldown vs poets .25

Would like clarifications aswell.

This is basically my goal in 3.6 to get that craft with my starter and make builds around it, it completely revitalized my hope for my unique playstyle builds working in endgame content.

GGG refuses to talk about hidden nerfs, might detract from their mtx sales.

They did say that the very powerful crafts would have limited uses before the had to be reacquired. Maybe this change somehow reset some of the crafts.
