It is 3% of your damage, then capped to a certain percentage per second of your total ES, which i think was 10% per second baseline or something along those lines. This is correct. Your max leech per second is 150 right now. However you need a hit to do 5000 damage (5000 x .03 for 3% leech) to get your maximum leech rate. What is your dps?
