EDIT: I was actually going for Vaal RF ( hybrid es / life for millions of DPS )
EDIT2: I would change the Less Duration on Vaal Storm Call to a damage support as Vaal Skill lock down won't matter after boss :)

Hi. I've got 40% reduced vaal cost on staff plus an almost perfect-rolled soul catcher... but I'm still struggling to maintain soul charges. Running blood aquas for practice, seems like by the third or fourth pack I'm just out of souls then kinda stuck in that awkward waiting-for-mana phase. I kill a couple packs, pop soul catcher, usually have 3-4 vaal uses available, but it's like they aren't recharging themselves when mobs die. They're supposed to, right? Possible I'm missing a step?
