Ah, thanks for the clarification. Unavoidable fights like that is not good I agree.

He's a wimp though... just kill him.

Yeah, get rid of anything remotely difficult.

This is because you have him in intervention. Intervention missions follow you around even if you run.

You can do lot of thing for whatever syndicate member who are in your black list:

*Interrogate him all the time, if he/she is not so much rewarding in items

*Isolate him from others (no friend/all red lines, so when you attack someone, he dont come to rescue them) and

*Never excecute if he/she is not so much rewarding in items(you know inmortal Syndicate... you kill the member and they are revived with +1 rank, because they were loyal).
