[3.6] Angry Walrus | CI Aegis Aurora 60-100k Armor | Super Tank

Trying to go for a Duelist with some nice relatively early Movement Speed here. The only ones I seem to find is the one called Celerity and Harrier. Harrier is not bad to have. 9 Pts to get to it, but might jut be one of the ones to have. Celerity is not very tempting really. low numbers you get really for many points spent on getting the whole way there. Any other Movement Speed Skills that are a bit closer maybe then these, which in longterm is better having?

EDIT: Ok, no need. I founf them Aspects of Eagle/Lynx and Fangs of Viper nearby.
