You don't use Vorici for a 5L because then you have Zero chance at getting a 6L. When you "stop at a 5L" you have about a 10% chance of getting a 6L instead.

I'm curious where you got the 10% number, because I'm pretty sure it's much lower than that.

I mean taking the vorici cost ratio (150 to 1500) would imply ggg value it at 10% ish. 10% is what I've always assumed as well.

People who fuse manually are the reason fusion orbs always sell so well... so please keep doing it! You can make it! You will totally luck out and beat the odds, and not get screwed over like so many before you! I mean, look at streamers, they fuse so easily while on camera, surely you can do just as well?

Haha, you aren't wrong. I've prob wasted 1000+ fusings into what basically amounts to a vanity item.

Fusing orbs are the good source for exalts which brings me 6links with needed colors and stats.

(and not even bothering with 5l`s, they are not worth to get: once you got it you will have hard time to sell them later in the league). Tabulas are much better anyway. And for start of the leafue 4L is more than enough before you get funds to get first 6L if you ever need it)

6-linking is so frustrating and random. I went 6 months from March-September unable to 6 link anything, no idea how many fusings I used, but it was quite a lot, like 2-3k

I've managed to 6-link four items since this league started, plus found another normal 6 link armour.

Linking can be very streaky, good AND bad...

I made 3 6L SSF under 1000 total and then spent like 4000 on a carcass jack because I have nothing to use fuse for. it is what it is random AF. What I did is trade house is always buy them 6L because of that infuriating random nature

Let someone else deal with that shit in trade house. Plus saves clicks. Carpel tunnel problem.

When we speak of 5-linking, I use Vorici only for my first 5link of the League, when I finally reach 150 fuses I just want my 5linked item, no way I would risk to lose everything and be stuck on a 4link for a lot more.

But later in the League, when I have enough fuses to risk a bad streak of luck (let's say 300+), I do it manually... and it always pays off.
There was a single time when I burned around 250 fuses before hitting... but I usually do it with 70-100.

During Abyss I made a 6link while aiming at a 5 link, and it felt very good.
