Why do you link Withering Touch in your Herald of Agony if you have a Wither Totem setup?

Wouldn't Faster Attacks or Minion Speed be better instead?

I've been using RAT with GMP, Faster attacks, and Barrage.

It shoots out 40 arrows a second so it takes about 1-2 seconds to reach max wither stacks.

I manually cast blight for a split second every now and then for Spreading Rot.

Attempted Uber Elder 3 times ytd and got absolutely destroyed. That’s 1.5ex down the drain. Even with double 6L HoAG and TR and spending multiple exalts on key 21/20 gems, I still felt like the dps numbers weren’t there. I swapped out my Atziri’s step for Kaoms Roots with spell dodge while moving corruption and replaced pierce and minion speed for added chaos and 21/20 vile toxins (50% more Damage with hits). [wanted to use withering touch instead but it left me with 80 mana to pre fire 2 Attacks and didn’t feel good at all so I had to find an alternative]Flasks were Blood of the Karui, Witchfire, Coralito’s, Silver of Heat and Forbidden Taste (for the instant panic heal to max and chaos resistance on gear). In my final attempt, after a Long and painful fight, Shaper and elder were close to 10% life but there was just too much degen on the ground that even my double life flasks couldn’t be sustained. (Over 15 vortex balls on the ground, and most were triggered over my dead body after I died)I found that I was spending way more time dodging stuff than actually hitting anything and virulence wasn’t at max most times even with mirage Archer support on TR. I have quite a bit of experience doing Uber Elder since I killed him almost 20 times in Incursion (several deathless runs and never failed any attempts) so I understand the mechanics of the fight well. Disappointing that this build which was meant to be my boss killer (since this build can’t go deep into delves) didn’t quite work out as expected. Might give this another shot once I farm back some currency from delves.
