I think I'm not getting something. You recommend the standard mana leech node and Wurm's Molt, but since this build is mainly DoT I don't get almost any leech (i.e. can't sustain mana). Am I missing something?

Another thing is Drillneck, from what I've seen Toxic Rain cannot pierce, so it doesn't help a lot, or am I missing something again?

First I want to thank you for the amazing detailed guide. I apologized if you already answered this question; I do see the new POB and I see spreading rot is still there, it is still worth using it. The jewel shows as if enemies under effect of Blight takes 25% increased Chaos damage but the Jewel seems to just increase the hinder duration
