PoE's audio system is bugged. Loot filter sounds skipping.

I've had this issue for so long in both directions. With low sound channels set on my sound card I occasionally do not hear things, like your issue but if I ramp up my channel count to 8 every sound effect will clip and only play 1/3rd of the sound. This occurs at every audio setting.

I concur, this problem have persisted for a long time. When there are too "many" sounds happening at the same time, lootfilter sound don't get priority.

How often this happens to you? I get same but it happens really rarely. I also noticed sounds get muted if i just charge to middle of big pack on my BV elementalist. I don't hear shattering sound or anything. Just creepy quietness. I wonder if these two are related.

Wish we had an option to have high value items that we choose in our item filter to show on our minimap and map.
