Buff boss HP(again), remove invulnerability phases, increase their loot to compensate

Boom, a much more enjoyable game.

I don't care about the rest, just get rid of the invulnerability phases. Eradicator is the most idiotic boss ever!
Should probably watch mastralgaming's video where he farms atziri, he calculated that he wasted around 45 minutes just waiting for the first boss to spawn, not only that the that these phases should not be, the spawn/start phases should be shortened to 3-4 seconds so you could prepare proparly but not wait more time that you need to.

Both invulnerable phases and insufferable Boss HP are banes of this game, making each encounter an exercise in flask management.

All inflated boss HP did was make sure the ROFLstomp builds are less ROFLstompy. The only thing that happened was make the experience a tiny bit slower for them, but ultimately killed a lot of sub-par builds that were barely viable without needing stupid amounts of monetary investment.

I'd rather we nerf the boss HP more than anything. I don't much care about invulnerability phases, at least so long as the phase includes adds to let you refill flasks. At the very least, make it like Malachai's invulnerability phases where you can destroy the sources of it.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish.
There is a basic rule, if they can hurt me, i can hurt them. Not sure how the devs forgot this basic rule
Some invulnerability phases are ok. Malachai’s phases are fine. Tukohama’s is fine. You can destroy the source in both cases so your dps still matters. Shaper’s invulnerability phases are fine as well since they’re tied to an ability that he uses rather than life thresholds. Get enough DPS there and you can just skip the phases. Most other phases bosses are terrible though. The phases are long and there’s nothing you can do to speed them up. Atziri’s heal phase is like an elreon mission. Desert Spring Shakari is infamous for the amount of time she wastes with her bullshit phases. Lava Lake Kitava just thrashes around for an extra minute every fight and all you can do is watch the animations and be on your toes for when they end. Shaper’s time stop animation is super boring. Vilenta is going to be terrible when she becomes a map boss...

I don’t care so much about story bosses, but the end game content shouldn’t be like this. If I have DPS, let me use it. Waiting out a pointless animation isn’t fun, difficult, or engaging.

It didn't even do that. All it did was make ordinary monsters even squishier because builds are forced to optimise enough to kill bosses, which have almost half a map worth of HP, so you either kill everything else in 1 hit or you spend an eternity killing map bosses. The ROFLstomp builds don't even care - maybe they have to hit the boss three or four times instead of once or twice. Other builds have to spend over a full minute killing what was originally designed to be 15-20 seconds of boss fight.

I don't mind bosses like Avarius being in maps because their fight was designed to take a while. The problems are bosses like Glace and the Tropical Island boss where they're glorified basic monsters, but have the relative HP of Avarius because otherwise you'd have map bosses that are significantly faster to clear than others. It's really stupid and I hate how GGG have done it.

Bosses should be more variance in power and rewards in maps. GGG already does it with map layouts, why not bosses?
All the HP buff did was make other people suffer while people like me well we don't really notice it like at all actually.
