The jewel is the "lethal pride" he ist talking about, It doubles your block and block works at 50%. I think it is a pretty big survivability boost.

Have respecced to staffs with hegemonys 30 minutes ago and feel a lot tankier than with marohi erqi! The damage is still very high so I think it is the preferable version.

Thinking about beastcrafting 30% quality to the staff
