(Question) Elemental Hit + Voltaxic Rift

I'd probably just block all but fire, Xoph's Nurture and Signal Fire, and let the world burn.

Or go with Tempestuous Steel for big penetration and always hit or use Nuro's Harp with Asphyxia's Wrath for cold damage, freeze and chill with 188% effective Ice Bite and Hypothermia.

Correct, which is one of the reasons why I'm pissed at this bullshit nerf. I already use Elemental Hit with Voltaxic with Call of the Brotherhood, other gears with one of 3 builds I made using Elemental Hit. To use cold and chaos damage which works well against mobs but bosses...……….not so much so at least with the T11 - T15 bosses but still very fun to play and try.
