A good downside for an Iron Will keystone would be "Gain no benefit from Intelligence". Same thing could be done with Iron Grip and Dexterity.

Whats wrong about keystones without downside. It depends how strong the keystone is. And to be honest i dont know why i should take all the way to get Iron Will. Most Spell Caster chilling on the north side of The passive tree.
Also Soul Conduit, Mind over Matter, Pain Attunement have no downside aswell ... |

Keystones are about significantly changing the way you play or build your character, not about giving you a straight bonus that always applies, even if it is a scalable one. The decision should be "should I build around this?", not "does this passive skill give me more increased damage than this other passive skill?" "Iron will is for STR spellcaster, of course. " Mind over Matter has a definite, obvious downside. (Losing mana instead of life means you don't lose as much life (upside) but you do lose mana instead (downside).) Pain Attunement only works if you are on low life, which kind of counts as a downside. But I agree it could be a notable instead. Soul Conduit provides no downside, sure. But it provides no real upside, either. It's only downside right now is distance from spell casters. Last thing it needs is to be near north end of tree by spell casters - all will take even with only 120 str. Not a good idea IMO. Fine as is or wear the Iron Will gloves if you dont feel like traveling
