I was excited when I saw they were bringing back Ignites since DoTs are my favorite skills. Nothing more satisfying then seeing ED spread to everything or Ignites proliferate to an entire room.
But it seems they might be overdoing it due to how different spells and items work with it so it will either be super OP meta or just as useless as now if they tweak numbers.
Finally a reason to buy the Dragon Fireball effect which I've had on my watch list for 2 years but never buy because... why play Fireball really when everything else was a better option.
@FCK42 I don't think Indigon would work since it boosts spell damage which doesn't affect ignites (or does it now? haven't played one since they killed all DoTs)
I modified my arctic breath deadeye from breach and made a fireballer with 2x rolling flame and 2 chains (one from neck one from deadeye itself) with loads of proj speed as my league starter, the clear was absolutely insane she performed way better than I thought so fireball is usable trust me! You have to shotgun to do viable single target but thats kinda the way for 75% of the skills already (gimmicks to get enough damage out)
