How to get high crit chance ?

Really dumb question here...

If you are trying to freeze enemies why are you making a full lighting based claw build?

You have no conversion, you aren't using hatred aura, you aren't using herald of ice...

What is your goal exactly?

To apply SHOCK which is the lightning element ailment or are you trying to FREEZE which is a cold cold element ailment.

If you are trying to freeze you are doing it wrong or you have to use something like a Call of the Brotherhood ring that allows your lightning damage to freeze.

If you are looking to freeze/shatter.

You need to stack crit and cold damage. Even a high Physical damage claw can be coverted to cold (or mostly converted to cold)... you just aren't doing that.

You are scaling all lighting things and asking why things you are killing won't freeze?

I'm confused. Please be clear on your goals and what exactly you are trying to accomplish.
